The web space allocation includes both the web site files and also POP3 mailbox storage. You can determine how to share the space between the two by allocating a maximum size to the mailbox, e.g 5 MB - with the rest being available to the web site. This can easily be achieved using the mailbox features of cPanel.

If your web site is going to require more web space, we would recommended that you purchase a Platinum hosting account instead - as this comes with 500 MB of web space and 20 GB of bandwidth per month.
